Do you charge for measuring and fitting visits?
We do charge a nominal fee for the initial measuring visit, however, this will act as a deposit and will be taken off the final price of any orders which are placed as a result of the measure. If your blinds or curtains require fitting then this cost will be accounted for in the quoted price.
Can I return extra rolls of wallpaper which are unused?
As all of our wallpapers are ordered specifically for you, unfortunately our suppliers will not accept any returns.
Can I take samples home to match them?
You are welcome to borrow any of our pattern books to take home and try, we can also bring these along to your house when we come to measure. Alternatively we can order you smaller samples to keep, posted to our showroom or to your own home - these are almost always free of charge.
I am unhappy with the way my curtains and blinds have aged, is there anything you can do?
We are always sad to hear that any product from Express Curtains is not up to scratch, and this happens very rarely.
Most fabrics and blinds have a guarantee with the manufacturer of around 12 months, and we will be happy to place a complaint on your behalf. Please contact us via email with pictures and a description of the issue.
My Luxaflex blind has broken, what can I do?
Most issues with blinds are very easily fixed, and the majority of the time these issues do not require a fitter to visit, please visit the Luxaflex FAQ page on their site for more information, or send us an image and description of the problem via email.
Are you able to make other types of blinds and curtains which are not listed?
We are always open to new ideas and our expert sewing room staff can create any type of blind or curtain to fit your desires, just give us a call or drop into our showroom.
